Aren't those things "just bad business decisions"?  Look at Gov't Motors and

the Chrysler BK's, they "robbed" bondholders, retirees, and some others, but

had the backing of the Big O himself, so how can you make anyone a criminal

for just doing what the Federal Gov't appoves of???
