You know, if a person steals $20.00 from someone else that person is guilty of theft---a crime.  When these title "execs" order title for thousands of dollars and don't pay for, when they steal their employees 401K money, when they collect health insurance premium splits from their employees and don't pay the health insurance provider,  it is also a crime.  I know of a few similar stories here in Ohio where the company owners did the same thing and were never prosecuted criminally. Was Mr. Sturgeon ever indicted or charged with a crime?
