I haven't read the article yet but wanted to throw out here that 99% of the borrowers/sellers I see have no clue what we do or why we do it and they have no care in the world to know.  They just like to complain about how it is a rip off and a scam.  When I am in closings I constantly get bombarded but when I try to educate them they don't have the time (because we just took two hours of my time to complete a refi signing).  Now, I will go read the article and get back to ya'll later.  :)
