Our company has an unpaid invoice that trails back to AITF Retrieval Services.  Last year they placed an order with us using the name All Title Abstract.  When trying to collect that past due amount, I found out the settlement agent actually paid AITF Retrieval Services (different name, but the phone number was the same as All Title Abstract).  This year we processed an order from Columbia County Abstract and I am now trying to collect that past due invoice... and guess what?  At settlement, title fees were paid to AITF Retrieval Service.  The exact same phone number was supplied to me (717-543-5957) as before, but the address has changed since last year:  4155 Old Stage Road, McClure, NY 17841.  My next step is to see what is involved in reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
