A good reply to a request like this is to demand the same from them:

Bank refs., proof of business status ( state registration papers),

references from 3 abstactors they have dealt with in the 3 months,

any previous names they have used in the past.

Tell them once you receive the above, you will meet their

request with 48 hours.
