George- The VM"s don't have the knowledge you have of your area- best they can do is get a close "guess" and then it is up to you- but I did forget to make note of the fact that my suggestions were to be done BEFORE you make that 15-20 mile drive- just to save you the wasted time driving to the wrong county, and if it is in a different county than noted, you can inform the VM .
I know you meant to indicate that also- just not something an experienced examiner does.
