We don't charge "no-find" fees.  We really haven't had much of a problem with no-finds and we are usually at the courthouse anyway.  We don't too often end up making a special trip for one order.  Thus, we report no-finds as a courtesy.  If the client isn't going to make any money, I don't want to burden them with a fee they can't recoup. 

However, if I had a client that was chronically sending us on wild-goose chases, a fee might be justified after the first couple.
