Dear Pat & Nils,

Thank you very much for your kind comments, and I'd like to thank all the people that have sent me e-mails to my Hotmail account. I will miss keeping abreast of the legislation, the new rules affecting the industry and other issues in the industry. I hope that all of you whom I've developed friendships with stay in touch. 

I wish I could have stayed at Source of Title longer, but I realize that there are other careers out there waiting for me and, while I've enjoyed my time in small-town Ohio, I am ready to get back to a large city again. After moving back to the Mansfield area from Chicago, I am ready to return to a larger metropolitan area with more to offer.

Again, thanks to all of you who've reached out. I will let you know where I find my next "career" and it could in fact be in the title industry, but it will likely be something more public relations-focused. On a personal note, Pat, I'm glad to know that I gave you a few laughs over the years.
