Patrick & George, You are both correct there is more to this as it is opening up more and more and more each day as to your query Patrick. George you are correct the LLC was fictitious and it was a fraud. I see this as a problem in the Civil Actions filed against the Individual that concocted this Fictitious LLC as they came out of the gate screaming fraud. This will give the Insurance Co. the door to say "Hey Guy's we will not cover an intentional Fraud", sorry but we're outta here and a Judge will grant summary judgment. They should have went about it from another angle in as where they showed the closing agent and others higher up in  the food chain simply didn't do their job. And George you are right, the Abstractor can only do what his job title describes, Abstract the Land records and provide it to the closing agent. From this point on it is the weight of the others to bear, not the Abstractor. I will keep you posted as to how this plays out.
