Jessica,   As you may see from earlier postings on SOT, most don't have a lot of

good feelings about all the excuses that get thrown back about non-pay or

slow pay situations.    If you plan and agreements call for "pay thirty days out",

then statements like "slightly behind this month" and the bit about "not just the

accountant" and "planning my wedding on top of it" are just garbage.   Check

and cure the inter office error, hire a part time person to assume part of your

responsibility so you can correctly do the accountant's job, and don't let personal

planning like the wedding screw up the business.  In many firms if your work was

suffering from the wedding planning problem, the boss might suggest you take

a leave of absence until the wedding was done and you could fully concentrate on

your duty at the company.   Remember, talk is cheap when you owe someone

money for the searches they have done for you, and it sure don't pay our bills.
