Shannon,

First of all we pay thirty days out and you did do one search for us at $106.00 and it was paid.   The check was sent out even before you posted this message.  Inadvertantly, your invoice was not submitted to the accounting department on time.  Yes, this was an error inter office and this has been resolved immediately.  We always have paid our clients and have not had this problem.  If you have not received your payment you should have called the office to find out the problem first.  I have informed all my vendors that have called that I have been slightly behind this month (August) and I was sorry for the incovience for this matter.  I am not just the accountant; but the abstractor in Maryland and I am planning my wedding on top of it.  Point is if you don't receive payment in thirty days YOU SHOULD CALL ME DIRECTLY.  By the time you read this I hope you have received it in the mail.  Please keep my office informed so we may take proper steps to clear this matter with your office.   Thank You, American Residential Abstracts
