Angela,
Did you ever contact them about your 2 outstanding invoices to make sure they had them? Or are you just complaining and never did any thing about it?
On one occaison I had an outstanding invoice with them which it turns out they never recieved, I faxed it to them and had a check in 2 days.
AFX is a GREAT company to work for, they are always professional, if there is a problem with an order I always get an immediate response via email or phone. I have never had any problems with them and only wish they had more work for me!
