If mortgage rates are down and more people are applying, where are the searches? Is everyone doing Foreclosures? Where can I get in on it? I'm sinking fast and husband thinks I can just go out and get a "real job"! I am barely getting by (cell phone shut off, behind on car payments, husband completely unbearable). Wheres the work? Anybody have any leads? After 10 years I can't go back to the "Big Title Companies" and work 8-5, M-F, bumper to bumper traffic! Been there, done that! Any ideas? thanks for letting me vent, too!
