George, thanks for the heads up and if Robert feels  I offended or recieves any complaints about comments made by me I am sure he will tell me direct.  I always try to choose my words carefully, especially when it is something I feel passionate about.  I can't think of a time when I offended but that doesn't mean it didn't happen.  With that said, I must say that I have read some of the reply's given by you and some of the others and would have to say that while I was not offended I can see where others were and why Robert would need to take that paticular post up with you or other offenders. 

With this paticular topic it is important to continue to hold our line on fees.  It just burns me up that there are lenders and title agents out there still trying to squeeze the lil guy out of business but yet they are still charging outrageous fees and getting away with it.  Truly mind blowing.
