ask Robert to shut you down.  Beyond that, what did you mean by "went under"?

BK,  skipped town, shot themselves, ?????   Was you dealing(s) with the

corp. or LLC ?   How much of a formal (written) agreement was in place,

or was it just a "wink and a nod' or nowdays, "a fax and a twitter"?

Remember, if the corp, LLC had not assets, a judgment wouldn't do

a blasted bit of good to youl
