Glad to know Titlepac was nice to someone....Zurich was great and low cost issuer for several years, then left....then I went with Titlepac, the first year was good the second year was almost double...now I am with Local Broker who got me in with Llyod's the first year at a great rate, then they(Lloyd's) left the market I was told???..and it took a while but my broker found another carrier that was only a couple of hundred more and we are happy campers now....at least until April when we start the renewal process again.   I was also told ST Farm has a product to cover Abstractors, but they couldn't get back to me fast enough last year, so I don't know what the quote would've been?? I guess they didn't bother to submit it when I told them the deadline they had to meet was in 72hours.  Hope this helps some.
