Well, welcome to SOT where everyone here seems to uphold the law and just because no one has cried foul doesn't mean it is legal nor does it make it right.  99% of the lenders I work with are ignorant to the laws, especially when it concerns title.  The lenders are the number one offenders in breaking the rules.  It may be legal - who is to really say but a court of law.  But, everyone in Ohio thinks that ABA's are legal too.
