Source of Title Forums: Re: selling searches

So when they call you to help correct a problem that is reflected in your title exam aren't they really asking you to help "underwrite" or solve the issue for them ? And are you paid any additional fees for your underwriting expertise to help reduce or eliminate the risk to them? Or do you assist at no extra cost which would be great for the company issuing off of your work and knowledge?
