Source of Title Forums: Re: Abstractor Fees

Precisely what is NOT provided by a search that comes from a source other than LOCAL, EXPERIENCED ABSTRACTORS- the offshore searches are lacking in every aspect that would provide a reliable, accurate and dependable product. It is a complete undermining of the title search industry to value that kind of "search" as anything more than "junk" , and an abomination of the companies that use that kind of service to sell their customers such a shame of a title search.They should all be questioned about their ethics and commitment to doing what is best for their clients-the home buyer !!
