Thanks Steve.  We bought Office 2003 and the books on how to use Access, etc.  The relational thing is exactly where I always get stuck.  I can draw it easily on paper but I just never had the time at any one sitting to dedicate to understanding it.  We looked at TSS but it was going to be just as expensive as paying someone to build us one.  We tried to get someone--we actually paid someone a couple thousand dollars, but we were really disappointed and cash poor at the time so we tabled our plans.  Now we are starting to get busier and the busier we are, the more apparent that we need to streamline.
