Source of Title Forums: Re: Database Designed for Abstracting Companies

The program you have described as your ideal is very similar to what I have created. Although it is still incomplete, it has many of the features you are requesting and I will be adding the others soon. As Steve mentioned, what I have is a Relational Database built using MS Access, and I can readily add most of the features you need, if not all of them.
