John: I will help you out on this- I'll let you know what you need- I , too, have purchased omnipage- but have not used it either- just don;t need all that it offers- I think I got it on "deal" from Nuance- You will need Paperport- but wait til they come out with a deal for that too- the reg price for the "pro" version is about $200 .
