There is a software company that has an  on-line title tracking system that bridges the title companies and their clients and the sub-contractors. We have just started using the Beta version as a tester and, while there is a learning curve, we have already seen the benefits. It also allows the user to customize it so that it feels like your own software and not a canned program. We understand that the Beta version will be coming out in November. If someone is interested in trying it, the company is looking for more testers.
