I am a very busy signing agent in PA. I know of NO signing agents working with them here in Pgh. And I also wonder how they are still there.

Because I cover 22 counties, I was asked by a friend who used to work there to do closings for them a few years ago. When I found out there were fees involved for me to DOWNLOAD the packages I balked. And I have never looked back. Why would I pay to download... then print out the package? That makes no sense to me. I asked the owner that question and he said....(paraphrased)… If you want to work, you will pay the fees, because we are the future. I began to run.......
