Ray: Thanks for your thoughts. If a customer did request the mechanics lien exception to be removed what would your underwriter require to remove it? Thanks. (ps: I just think that this exception and the survey exception should be disclosed up front so that a customer can decide for himself if he wants to seek this protection rather than hear the bad news later.  We do want the customer to come back don't we?)
