We went paperless years ago.

Our examiners will fax the completed titles together with the docs to a fax number that  is really an off-site server. My office staff can retrieve and separate the docs and the title run and save all on our server at two clicks on the computer. The client will get the docs attached to the completed report or commitment, all without a single piece of paper being touched in our office. We are also gooing back into our old paper files and scanning them onto the server, recycling the now-unneeded original hard copies.
