I don't know all the ramafications of what PA law might be on the closeness of
names being able to be used, but you might want to make a call to your state
bureau that does such registrations. Just how and where are you registered,
in our state a business that is just registered as an dba in the county is
trumped by a business that registers with the state bureau. Also, I didn't
see you using inc. or LLC as part of your name. Many times businesses will
choose a name "just for effect", and not really be located in the place that is
part of their name. For example, the Detroit Lions (yes they do STINK, 0-17 record)
really played (if you can call it that) for many years in the Pontiac Silverdome,
which the taxpayers of Michigan built for them, and they did'nt have to change
their name. It is a part of law that leads to many lawsuits over naming issues.
