do you have the name registered properly to protect you use of it,   corp. registration,

LLC registration, tradmark, etc.?  If not, as I understand it, anyone may use said name

as it does not "belong" to you.   After all they are not using the same exact name are

they?   In our state as long as the name contains a different name of any sort,

it can be registered with the state,  ie:    Goody two shoes store and

                                                                        Goody two shoe store and

                                                                        Goodie two shoes store, etc, etc.

It's you responsibility to protect your property, name, etc.
