What I would love to see is actually pretty simple, I would love to see a word of the day that is related to this industry. Keep evolving my vocabulary, I am personally quite new  but even after I have gotten the hang of it, it is always good to brush up.

A word of the day with perhaps some examples of usage. Then perhaps have this go into a directory that is essentially a glossary. I know there are glossaries of real estate terms, but sometimes they are bit convoluted and I spend 30 minutes weeding through concepts. Perhaps something created more "within" the industry would be more user friendly. Also I like the way you write, it is newbie friendly.
