Source of Title Forums: Re: TEXAS SEARCH REQUIREMENTS

I just left Texas after 7 years, and there is no specific requirements. It all depends on if the Underwriter requirements. You must have a good starting point, Purchase money DOT and WD and then go back (all the way) looking for restrictions and easements tthat may affect your property.
