Well, they're based in MD but ESS owns that MohamInfo whose site says they provide title services and are located in Bangalore. 

I don't care their race, ethnicity or any of that but it seems any company that has off-shore owners at its root doesn't have a reputation for paying and it's hard to collect.  There's just NO updated info here or on Watchdog.  That could be good or bad - maybe they're paying so no one is squawking... or everyone's just chosen not to work for them!
