I am going to go out on a limb here with a thought.  Syracuse NY, Liverpool NY, home of the previous postings for Eclipse Real Estate Services, Absolute Title and American Residential Abstracts?  Could this company be an off shoot of those..... same area.   Did you run their email address thru a domain site to see if any ownership flags are there?  Same phone numbers?  No listing on Google so could be another name, same people..... No proof .....Just a thought.
