I apologize for that. You're right -- US Land TItle is not in the red with anyone. The postings were posts of concern or complaint about their payment policies, NOT that they're not paying.

After noticing this, I tried to go back and edit the post, but I'm having no luck because I would definitely clear up my mistake. I've already reflected this on AbstractorWatchdog.com to show that they are not included with the Top 10.

I looked back through each annonymous submission this morning to view what people had said about companies giving them trouble. The updated list is below.
