I have to agree with both George and ANON from OH. As a fellow Ohioan I fined this to be a bit of bait and switch so to speak. You decided to open your own company and that is wonderful for you. But, I am not so sure you "opened your own company". You sought out a failing company, took on the employees included former owners, kept the same phone numbers and location and expect people not to smell to obvious stink which is waffeling through the air.
I have to wonder if you didn't make an outright purchase of the company because you knew about the lack of payments to contractors and other debts that might not be disclosed here. You wanted to capitalize on all the leads and such but didn't find it necessary to take on the debts. Well, that is just grand of you!!
Seems awfully suspicious to me and just because you named it "Genesis" doesn't mean squat. And, if you truely were looking for good experienced people you might not have hired the former owners of a failing company. That makes absolutely zero sence!! Employees are only as good as the managers/owners that trained them.
