Source of Title Forums: Re: US Land Title, LLC aka USLT

We used to perform title work for them. They did pay promptly. However, they wanted a flat rate including copies and since it was full copies of everything, it ended up costing us money to do the work. When we tried to increase the flat fee they wouldn't so we dropped them.
