Obie (Marvin) Stillwell was the prior owner of Trident and Buckeye Clear, correct?  What is his position with the new company(Genesis)?  Also, what is his wife's position with the new company(Genesis)? Closing an old company and shuffling old owners or their spouses to employees of the new company may be a legal way to avoid paying your bills, but I agree with the sentiment of the previous responder on that issue.

Don't you think the name alone denotes some type of rebirth of the old company?
