I am not currently working for them. I was contacted, as were others I know. I understand through conversation with Esther they do not pay us if their client does not pay them. They also require full copies most of the time. I personally choose not to work under that arrangement. We have to front copy cost and to risk not being paid if they do not get paid does not work for me. The risk is too great. I have had clients run up large tabs then refuse to pay when they did not get paid. What if their client declares bankruptcy, or they take on a risky client? Companies fold everyday, often popping up as a new entity. It is my personal opinion you have to pay to play.
