I did show all of the above, going back to a good WD.  Knowing that a quit-claim conveys any & all interest, it still bothered me that title was supposed to be conveyed by WD.  Being that I'm just the abstractor, I felt more comfortable showing all and the client's legal dept. could make the decision about it.  (The client later called me, looking for some other type of release).  I appreciate all of the replies; they are helpful.  Thanks!
