I would expect they would want a copy of the deed, a copy of the subdivision plat, if any, and any additional easement agreements or any documents involving setback lines. What do you charge for that?
By the way, I am just guessing as to what a surveyer would want. You should speak with them to find out what they really need. Then, negotiate a price that works for them and still allows a profit acceptable for you. Figure your costs, time and effort. What's it worth to you to do the job?
