Good Morning, I am an abstractor for over 30 years in Ma..  I can't recall the last time I have been lied to as I have  by AVANZE.  Of course I didn't think it would happen to me after assurances by AVANZE that I would get paid so I sid a very complicated Commercial Search a few months ago and still no payment.  Oh yes, I got the "checks in the mail" multiple times but, well, you folks know the rest of the story.

I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL OF MY FELLOW ABSTRACTOR'S NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH AVANZA.
