I'm also dealing with some back pay issues. Had a rather large batch of re-orders I completed that slipped through the cracks. Additionally have seen my workflow stifle when I inquired about why I was told I was undercut by half. It's a shame because I worked diligently for them and had been told that my prices were already appreciated but not as much as my work ethic and speed and accuracy. I don't know how to proceed here. Any advice?
