Lawyers Title Exchange is looking to hire an experienced  full time MD Abstractor.

•  *At least 3 years of experience abstracting and reviewing residential property searches for Maryland
• *Have the ability to identify possible defects in a title
• * Analyzes records, such as mortgages, liens, judgments, plat and map books
• *Have the ability to work with computer software (Standard Microsoft skill set)
• *Must be organized
• *Have the ability to multitask
• *Meet client timelines
