They just emailed an apology letter to us as a vendor regarding their payment delays. I've never complained about their payment, as they've never been anything but prompt with Business Research and Abstract Services when they've ordered work from us.
They seem like a pleasant group. They've been very professional, providing accurate requests, receiving our work and paying on time, so we've never had cause for complaint against them.
I don't want their apology, and reject it outright as they are just fine by us.
