Stop jerking around with the sick and enfeabled. Simply demand to talk to the CEO. Remember this is a small company...not U S Steel that you are dealing with. If they are not paying you....demand that they return your property (the abstract) to you unused...or you will refer the matter to collection. If you are threatening enough it generally works every time.
