Hi all.  Interesting that one person has such a different view than another, eh?  George, you all have been burned so many times over the last few years that you are right, it is always good to ask questions just remember to keep "attitude" at bay.  While your version of the events may be true, it is possible the poor person you initially spoke with was having a bad day and fumbled a bit while speaking with you.  Rush orders always make me nervous and so do the "my title company can't fit me in" reason as there is usually an alterial motive behind it that they hope I don't find. 

Missing a payment here or there is one thing that can be over looked one or twice.  It is the one that racks up huge bills - order over and over and over and don't pay that we need to be concerned about.  Haven't you ever been late on a payment before...say your gas or electric or car or whatever.
