You would seem to have some damage control ahead of you. I just turned away a closing from your office last night based upon what I read of your past slow payment problems. Perhaps if you were to put some safeguards in place to assure prompt payment it might help...payment in advance?...placing the abstractor or closer on the HUD to assure payment on disbursement?

In effect you are asking the abstractors and closers to trust you. It sounds as if they were asked to do that in the past, and were disappointed with your firm's payment performance.
