Loretta, all the things you read were in the past, and you can make a decision to work for us or not based on those things.   Please know that as of today we are up to date with all of our vendor, whether they be notaries or abstractors.  If that is not true and someone reads this and thinks differently, please send me any oustanding invoices you have and i will make sure they are taken care of.   We are under new ownership since 3rd quarter 2008, so if you want to give us a chance please let me know.
