I've just heard from from overseas Indians for work!  Actually engaged one in conversation out of curiousity.  He has no E & O, no clue about running titles,sits behind a computer in India & does online searching - mainly in Florida, according to him.  He claims he does work for title companies here and said he'd do a free search for me (property in GA) to  give him a "test run".  What a joke...
