What's wrong with, "if Rob Franco has a heart attack" and he doesn't have insurance
he gets only the treatment that he (or his family) is willing to pay for? In the car case,
it's that way, I don't have collision ins. and total my car by hitting a tree in your
yard, I can't just walk in and demand a replacement vehicle, just a you seem to
want to do in regards to the medical care. If you had to make a choice between
a big screen TV and medical care, you can choose.
