Jennifer,   Sorry that you feel that way, BUT  as you can see from many posts on

here about non-pay / slow payers, it is only wise for a person to "inquire"

about certain business items before accepting work from just everyone that

wants to send out orders.  Shona did seem to have a problem with your

firm, right?

As I told your gentleman on the ph that day, I (and many others) can have much

better things to do with our time, than to do a search and getting stiffed by

a company we don't know and won't doesn't provide references.

I find it had to think that you wouldn't have some form of  "backup" of your

vendor list for Michigan (hard copy, remote hard drive, etc.).
